massage chair fraud
I ordered a massage chair but received a cheap plastic necklace through yuanyuan8787. Attempting to return item, was told by yuanyuan8787 that they cannot acquire return labels for 'my country' (USA) and that they want me to pay ten dollars through a pay pal account. EBAY has provided me NO HELP to rectify this fraud.

Mentor5 months ago@albeno2013. Did you file a RETURN request case? Not an item not received case?
Ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day after opening the return request.
The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to your PayPal account to pay return shipping OR issuing a full refund.
Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it as it's not possible for a seller to refund more than the original sale price.
If you do have to return the item it MUST be Priority Mail and the tracking number has to be manually entered into the case.
It is highly unlikely that the seller will choose the option to pay you return shipping costs. It will cost them less to refund without a return.
