How do I mark an item as picked up if it has been sold and shipping cost was paid for. I partially refunded the buyer

Mentor1 year agoBest you can do is mark is shipped without tracking from the drop down menu next to the item.
Next time cancel the transaction and relist with the pick up option, or add it before the buyer pays, otherwise you have no protection for an item not received.
