Marking an item as delivered
I sold an item that was marked to be shipped via USPS. The buyer lived nearby so I hand delivered the package. How can I get the item to show as delivered/received on Ebay? Chatbot has not been able to understand the question.

Mentor8 months agoThe best you can do now is mark as shipped without tracking from the drop down menu next to the item. You will be dinged for no tracking and have to wait the full hold time to get your funds released.
Next time, cancel the transaction for buyer request and relist with the pickup option. Or if buyer hadn't paid yet you could have sent an invoice with the pickup option added.
