OP2 weeks agoWell aware that it was my fault! I contacted the buyer to ask if he still wanted it I would relist and offer free shipping as an offer. He declined. I’m not a pro at this and if eBay doesn’t make it easy and obvious I will just miss a few. That doesn’t help eBay either.

What cost you the sale was your mistake, not eBay's. Why didn't you just ship?
Once you marked the order shipped, you could have used the Get a label option in the dropdown next to the order transaction.

Mentor2 weeks agoIn the past, a seller could select Unmark as Paid, but I have read a couple of posts that the option no long exists. Go to the Order > Awaiting shipment
Click the 3 dots, and see of that option is available.

OP2 weeks agoThank you for replying! It seems to be unavailable. I contacted the buyer and he just canceled the sale entirely. The lack of choices by eBay cost me a sale!
