Hello,
I marked that I do no ship items overseas (checked all the boxes in that section when listing) and yet I just received an offer from someone in Europe. I am not sure what to do. I do not want to ship this overseas but am okay if this is through eBay's international shipping program (if I ship to a place in the U.S. and eBay takes it from there). Please advise. This happened once before and a woman in England was really mad at me for not declining her offer. Please be nice eBay community members--I am asking this in earnest and do not wish to be yelled at or insulted as has occurred in the past.

OP4 months agoThank you for your help. I now know EIS is automatically enabled. And that is fine with me. I will let the buyer know to click on that button (and I assume they would have to because I manually excluded all international locations when I created the listing).

OP4 months agoNo, I cannot edit or revise the listing while there is an active offer. I was able to click on a link underneath the area where I excluded international locations and it led me to the Ebay International Shipping info which is enabled (although I never enabled it).

Mentor4 months ago@recycleus70 ok, ebay defaults to enabled, giving the seller the option to opt out, u can read it in the link i provided.
just tell the buyer to click on the ebay international shipping button.

OP4 months agoI just checked overall and EIS is automatically enabled for my listings which is okay. I just did not want to have to ship to Europe but am okay if I ship to an eBay location in the U.S. and eBay takes care of it from there.

Mentor4 months ago@recycleus70 do u have EIS activated on your listings? if not, here is the info>

u need to have it available on your listing in order for the buyer to choose it

OP4 months agoThank you for your response and the link. I just checked the listing and I excluded all overseas locations. I don't see an area or section within the listing with EIS anywhere.
