Marked a sold item as paid and it wasn't paid.
Is there any way to change it from paid to unpaid so the person can pay me?

Mentor1 year agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate the transaction, click the down-arrow, click the option to Mark as Unpaid. The transaction should now be in Orders > Awaiting payment
