Markdown Manager
I've been using Markdown Manager to put Sales Events on my store for years. I was always able to apply different discount percentages to the items on sale (there was a link that said "add another discount level"). Today I tried to put a sale on my store and found that Markdown Manager doesn't exist, and neither does the ability to apply different percentage discounts to the sale items. I spent almost 1 hour speaking to 2 different agents on the Ebay chat today I felt as though they didn't understand what I was talking about. I'd greatly appreciate some feedback and/or advice regarding this. I hate it when something works great and they have to go and change it. Thanks in advance.
