Mark Item "Delivered"
When I ship an item without using an eBay shipping label, I shipped directly with the carrier, how do I mark the item as "Delivered" and is it advantageous to do so?

You should enter the tracking # in your sold orders. It is important to enter the tracking so that eBay knows you shipped. When he tracking shows delivered, eBay will mark it delivered.
If you are paying at the PO, you’re paying the retail price - you can save quite a bit using online labels from any provider. If you don’t have a printer, ask your PO if they can print your label from a QR code - almost all of them can. Then buy the label on eBay and select QR code instead of print.
