Mentor1 year agoYou don't. When you send an item without tracking, there is no way to prove the item was delivered. If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you will be responsible for refunding the buyer in full. Always ship with tracking. When the package is delivered, the tracking is your proof that the item was delivered. Without tracking, ebay can hold your payout for up to 30 days to make sure the buyer hasn't filed a case for non delivery.
