Manufacturors Warranty
Purchased an item for an Ebay seller that has a 2 year warranty according to the owners manual. Item has failed in 11 months. No information on the owners manual on who to contact for warranty. Seller is no help responding for assistance. Am I screwed?

Warranties are issued by the manufacturer.
Ebay sellers cannot issue warranties on their items unless they are an authorized seller for the company that manufactures the item.

OP2 years agoI would have gone directly to the manufacturer but no information was provided in owners manual, so I had no recourse but to contact the seller to provide information. Seller WILL NOT assist me.
