You are selling trading cards and if you are using eBay Standard Envelope to send them, they will not get a delivered scan since that service is a metered mail one and does not have a bar code for delivered scans. If you want to send cards 1st class it will be as a 1st class package and should probably be sent in a 6"x9" half fold envelope with a label it will need stiffener to qualify as 1st class package with tracking and will be sent Ground Advantage, resulting in higher rates.
