Manual Review Required - Falsified Carrier Records on Order 23-13606-03972
I am requesting a manual review of a defect for Order 23-13606-03972. My account is at risk on March 20th due to a technical error and carrier falsification.
Evidence of Error:
Falsified Signature: FedEx Tracking 393656515620 shows the item was "Delivered" on October 30. It incorrectly lists the BUYER'S name as the person who signed for it. In reality, the item was returned to MY (the seller's) porch while I was out. No one signed for it. This is a clear carrier error.
Carrier Damage: In the eBay case messages for this order, the buyer admitted on October 31: "Fedex damaged the item and sent it back." This proves the delivery failure was a carrier issue, which is protected under eBay policy.
False Denial Reason: My previous appeal was denied because eBay claimed I did not provide proof of delivery. However, the tracking was uploaded to the order and shows delivery activity 30 days before the case closed.
Because the carrier falsified the signature and returned the damaged item to me instead of the buyer, I should not be hit with an Unresolved defect. Please remove this defect before the March 20th evaluation.
