Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
Now you can use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL and this time change the dimensions of the package and/or weight as needed. You get a discount for printing labels online.
