Managing the return of an incorrectly sent item

Hi Everyone! I sent a buyer the wrong version of the item I had listed then followed up and sent them the correct one. But, they still have the original item which is quite valuable. How do I manage having them return it? Do they need to initiate a return or can I print a return label without officially creating a return? Thanks!

Since you already sent them the correct item, send them a prepaid shipping label and see if they'll ship the wrong item back.

If they do a return, they would be refunded when the wrong item is returned.
