Manage delivery FedEx
Item ship using FedEx say restricted by seller and won’t leave at a drop location or hold at eight facility when you try to manage delivery. The sellers say this is not them. How can this be fixed?

eBay is the seller or record for FedEx shipments, not the individual seller, and they have the account set to not allow delivery to alternate locations per their agreement with FedEx. There is no way to change this.
