Manage Active Listings...any other suggestions???

Yes, I am unfortunately beating the proverbial dead horse with this question, but it still has not been answered, even by ebay.
Again, long story short. I am trying to update my inventory using the manage active listings page. This includes prices and shipping. I do this all of the time without issue if I simply put in the name of an item, however, I want to do bulk changes, so I need to customize the table. I have done this a number of times in the past, but not within like the last year or so. The PROBLEM is YOU CANNOT CUSTOMIZE THE TABLE!
I HAVE contacted the community, I believe this is the third time now.
I HAVE contacted ebay directly using the little question mark and reporting a technical issue.
I HAVE chatted ebay customer service so to speak. To his credit he DID get back to me with a "solution", which was to log out, then back in, and clear the cache. However, this is computing 101 and that was one of the first things I did even before contacting the community.
I HAVE tried every search engine and web browser I can think of with the same suggestion of out/in/cache rinse repeat.
So I am asking, no BEGGING/PLEADING for any other suggestions. This appears to be a "technical" issue that is more than likely not going to be fixed any time soon.

I am sorry that is happening. It seems to be a current tech issue. I've seen several reports that customizing a table is not working. I tested and also got an error message.
If you are able to report, please do
On the active listing page https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active, scroll to the bottom and click the ?
Select Report a technical problem
Type in the box that you get an error message when using Customize Table
Select "Selling"
Click Sent
And consider adding your name to this thread

I wouldn't let ebay set up my prices and shipping if they paid me to.
I've never listed enough items at one time to consider using the tool but I searched for "Using ebay's bulk listing manager" and found several results. I think the link below gives the best info, but I may not be a good judge of that.

OP1 month agoThanks for the information, but it appears we are talking about two different things.
I am referring to items that have already been listed and are sitting in my inventory. It appears you are referring to new listings and using the bulk listing tool.
I am not familiar with that option at all and have never used it. I simply list items one at a time.
Regardless, thank you for the reply. As stated, I’m looking for any and all possible solutions.

I think I might need more details to help BUT...
They changed (removed) functionality a while ago. I remember, I used to be able to filter more. There were more filter & column options, etc.. It's much less useful, IMO, now. Hopefully, that's not what you're looking for.
So, when you Bulk edit, do you not have these options (or do they not save?)
The only Filter options available:
Column options. You can drag and drop to reorder them:
I miss the old functionality... I've been asking them for years to add some back with no luck. I can't even filter by QTY available. If you were remembering more, you're not crazy... and there is no glitch. This is how it works now.
However, maybe your issue is something else. If so, please describe what you're experiencing in more detail. Thanks!
