Malicious seller problem
A seller is selling me a fake item, presenting it as genuine. When requesting a return, they send me a label without a tracking number, without a phone number, which is not accepted by the courier company. eBay can't step in and help, the button is down for some reason. Please help. I am attaching the bill of lading that the seller sent me. If I pay for the return shipping I don't see where I can attach the tracking number to prove to ebay that I returned the shipment on time.
