Did you place any bids or make any offers? Does anything appear in your eBay account that you did not authorize? Check all your eBay accounts if you have more than one.
eBay can only help if there are unauthorized transactions in your own eBay account, not if someone else used your card number with another account.
If nothing appears in your eBay account, contact your card issuer for more details of the transaction or to dispute the transaction and get a new card number issued.

If it is not in your purchase history then your eBay account was not hacked so eBay can't assist you.
This means that your debit card was used fraudulently so you need to contact your debit card issuer and report the fraud.
