Malfunctioning item ...refund, not!,
Back in October, I purchased a Battery Tester. Once I unpacked it and tried to use it, regrettably nothing. I had sent the Seller a number of messages about said item, he asked for pictures, I sent them. After not hearing back for some time I asked for and got ebay involved, Eventually I received a message asking me to send it back, I complied, for a small 3.00$ item, shipping was 20.00$, shipping to China is quite costly. I messaged said Seller that the item was at the Post Office, and even took a picture of the receipt sent that along. Since, I've been getting endless replies "We will check", "We will check logistics", " We will check".
Just minutes ago I sent him a message kindly requesting a complete refund of both shipping and the price of said item.
In conclusion, this has been going on since late October, early November, with no resolution in sight.
Please assist or advice or offer a kindly direction. Anything is better than being given an endless runaround.
Thanks Most Kindly.

Mentor3 years agoThis is an old transaction. Not sure why you would spend $20 to send back a $3 item unless your seller was going to reimburse you for it as they should. I think you need to contact Ebay directly.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.
