I don't know, but why don't you leave the package at your door? It's always the same problem with you guys with orders. I need you to please solve this problem as soon as possible. Very bad delivery service.

Mentor1 year agoWhich carrier are you referring to? Sellers decide which carrier to use to ship their sold items, but they have no control over the delivery people. Fed Ex and UPS will leave packages on the porch/door/etc. Postal service will leave packages in the mailbox, and on the porch if the package is too large.
