Making payments, Please be advised that I was moving house at the timing of these transactions.
My access to the computer was none existent for a while, and I never received any communication or have access to Ebay or use of a Computer.

What exactly happened? Were you placing bids on auctions at a time when your access to a computer was sporadic?
Have you received unpaid item strikes to your account ... or do you still have time to pay for the items? If you're able to post here, you should be able to pay for items you won. [We're not eBay, so have no access to your account to figure out what happened.]
