Making offers
Does anyone know how to make an offer again if I did not accept seller's offer? Also when I tried to enter my offer amt. page covered by message Switch to mobile site. New to me, what does that mean?

Mentor1 year agoIf you declined a Best Offer, you will need to wait until that buyer makes another Best Offer. I've never seen a "Switch to Mobile site" but that means ebay wants you to use the ebay app on a mobile device. I only use ebay on a computer. If I saw that message, I would not install the mobile app on my phone. It's hard enough for me to use my phone to type, so I am not about to try and use it to conduct business on ebay. Try accessing again later.
