Making offer on fixed price

I want to make an offer on an item that is not being auctioned. I contacted seller, and they are willing, but canâ€™t change the price. What do we do?

Does the listing have a Best Offer option on it? If not, when you contacted the seller with your offer price, which is agreeable to the seller, s/he can use the REPLY WITH OFFER option in the message.
