I made offer for t45 bellhousing and had to enter payment around $250 ,the seller declined and sent counter offer . Well I wanted to counter offer but cant without paying full price again. Where is my original payment and how do get it back??????

Mentor2 years agoYou are not paying the full payment. What ebay is asking for is a method of payment =IF= the offer is accepted. Since the seller made a counter offer, then the original offer was NOT accepted. You are now attempting a second offer, so a method of payment is being asked =IF= this offer is accepted.
