Making my reply to feedback public

I tried to respond to my first negative feedback, but Iâ€™ve noticed it is not public, I would like to make it so it is public as I fear this review is hindering my ability to sell items. However, when I try to I hide my feedback page, it says I cannot do so because I have active product.

Hi @shayleyanne

I can see your Reply underneath the buyerâ€™s feedback.

Sellers cannot hide their feedback profile while they have items listed.

I would deal directly with the buyer and offer to accept the return. AFTER you make the buyer happy â€¦ you can ask if they are willing to revise the feedback. You have 30 days from the time the feedback was left to send the buyer a Feedback Revision Request.
