making an offer
making an offer on a product and I want to use PayPal and the system will not let me use PP for the offer without putting a 2nd credit card on account to use for the bid. I can use PP for payment but without a 2nd credit card I am blocked from making an offer. spent 2 hours on the phone talking to 7 different people and the 7th said I must put a 2nd card on account, he would NOT let me talk to a supervisior. I asked everyone:
where does it say this in the aggreement statement. The 7th would not tell me where I could fine the wording on this. Jerome with Ebay would not or could not answer my questions. This ISĀ a bad experiance! Thanks Ebay,
