making an offer
Good afternoon All,
I am having a problem seeing the offers I have made to a seller. I have offered 3 times and put my payment info in n3 times. When I check the offers 24 hrs later it shows I haven't made any. I have messaged the seller twice just to see if they have received any offers from me. I cannot get any answers from eBay on this subject. and have done followed the procedure. Help - thank you guys for any answers.
