Making a second attempt of a partial refund
I offered a partial refund which the buyer declined. We agreed in messaging on a different amount. But i don't have the option to send it?

Mentor4 months agoSo when you go to Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
and locate the transaction, clicking on the 3 dots, you don't see a Send Refund option?
