I have been trying to call to get somebody to talk to me, but apparently they don't wanna talk to me and they do not repeat. They do not return my phone calls. They said that they sent me a message. I'm tired of these texting. I have an am using voice messaging right now\ I cannot purchase anything. It won't let me use my card and I don't know why I have I can put in my I have been putting my credit card number in, but it won't accept it for some reason. I copied it to the letter they won't let me purchase anything. I know I have money in my account so why is there ever since you did this update on the payments? I can't make any purchases.

Are you getting an error message when trying to buy from different Sellers or just one? If it's just one, it's possible that Seller has blocked you. There is one Seller that you left many feedbacks for that mention their shipping is too high. Is it that one? eBay allows Sellers to block any Buyer for any reason.
If you are getting an error message when trying to buy from many different Sellers, then you may have reached a buying limit. Both Sellers and Buyers can have limits.
