Mentor2 years agoWhen a buyer makes an offer, it's binding until the seller accepts it, rejects it, or it expires. There is no requirement for a seller to respond at all (though it makes sense for a seller to wait to see what other offers come it that might be better). The buyer agrees to this when the offer is made.

Mentor2 years ago@erpe-645179. You can't retract the offer. The offer will automatically expire 24 hours from when you sent it.
