Every time I click on " Makean Offer", the only thing is read the help article. I can't make an offer....

Mentor3 years agoIf you are getting a "Here's what's new" popup with no button or way to proceed:
There should be a button on the bottom of that window that says "got it" that lets you get past that message and actually submit an offer.
If your page is zoomed in too far, you may not see the button, though. Try zooming out by pressing the Control key and tapping the minus key at the same time if you are using a PC. You can zoom back in using Control and plus.
