Make an offer changes
I am confused by the "new", Make an offer system. When I make an offer, I am asked to "provide a payment type". I have made 2 offers, and never heard from the seller, until I was notified, that my item "has shipped".... With 1 seller, after not getting a reply, I looked at (and almost bought) a different item. Is it me, or is this something "new"?

Mentor3 years agoThis is sort of new and is on listings sellers have enabled it on. It prevents frivolous offers from being made with no intention of paying.
