How do I choose "pay in 4" for purchases over 30?

How can I combine several items if ebay charges "make offer" automatically if the seller accepts?

Unfortunately, that's the way it currently works for some offers. If you need to combine items from the same seller, you would need to contact that seller and let them know the issue. They may be able to put you on their buyer-requirements exemption list for prepaid offers. Alternatively, they can combine the items you want into a single listing for an agreed-upon price.
