Mentor2 years ago@jlei-414 I'm sorry but eBay requires sellers to have a cellphone in order to be able to sell on the site.
You will also need a checking account at a brick and mortar bank that has the exact same registered name and address as your eBay account and government ID. You will need to provide a SS# or ITIN.
