MAJOR TROUBLE TRYING TO LIST
I am having trouble listing and have for a long time. For the past year I have taken pics on my iphone 16 then transfer them to my desk top. It's not a fun process but it gets the job done. I haven't listed in a couple of weeks and attempted last night. All went well until it was time for the pics to transfer. Instead of my pics showing up on my phone I found a black rectangle with white corners , as if to shape to fit a pic. I don't know know what's going on and ebay is no help, getting to a real person is impossible. I gave up after spend almost 2 hours going back and forth with AI. I tried print the 5 page "Adding pictures to Your Listings" article but as usual I was unable to locate the go to places. I don't know where to turn next and would greatly appreciate any help or experiences with this. I prefer to list entirely on my desk top since I am not a phone person.
