Major Seller Problem

I bought this by mistake and cancelled within 5 minutes after ordering but the seller refused cancellation and the item did not ship for 4 days. I messaged the seller 4 times without a response. I finally spoke to Ebay customer service and they helped with returning the item for a full refund. Now the seller responded saying that he will not refund the full amount and will deduct $5 for shipping even though shipping was free. This is the worst seller I've ever bought from and all I want is 100% refund. The item was delivered to the seller today. I would like ebay to step in so I can receive full refund. This seller should be banned from ebay.
