Major Mix-Up with Sold Items
Hi, so I made a major oversight with two items I recently sold to two different buyers. I was shipping them at the same time and I mixed up the shipping labels. I just found this out from one of the buyers who received a motorcycle helmet instead of the motorcycle jacket they ordered. I have not hear from the other buyer yet. What is the best way to rectify this mix up for the buyers?
