mailing with a stamp
I dont see an option for mailing with a stamp. The item sold fits in an envelop with a regular stamp. It seems that ebay thinks I have not shipped it yet

eBay does not offer the option to ship with a regular stamp. All shipments from eBay sold transactions should have a tracking number. In the meantime, you could ship your sold item with a stamp and mark it as shipped. If the Buyer says they did not receive it, you would need to refund them because you have no proof of delivery. Also, marking it as shipped but not qualify to satisfy your shipping metrics.
eBay does offer the eBay Standard Envelope for around $0.64 an ounce with limited tracking. That is only available for eight specific categories. Your sold item does not qualify for that.
