Mailing item but didn't do a tracking number

Question

I mailed an item to a buyer using only an envelope and stamps. Didn't do tracking number, figuring ok.... now I've contacted them 3 times to be sure it arrived, knowing for sure it has. I'm kicking myself now. They won't say if they got it. It's been a week from Nevada to Florida. I know they got it by now. But they aren't saying. Then how do I get my money they paid? Kicking myself for not doing the tracking

Sine you didn't ship with tracking, you'll just have to wait until they release the hold, which used to be 21 days. Hope the buyer doesn't files an INR for a refund before.
