Mailing address?
Does anyone have a mailing address for EBAY? I tried to get help with customer service that is outsopurced to ALBANIA and they ended up hanging up on me when i asked for a supervisor. Still cant get a refund for counterfeit coins. I think i need to file a report with US Treasury

The eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the date of delivery. Starting May 7th the eBay Money Back Guarantee is being reduced to 3 days due to volatility of the market. You can start the return request here if it is NOT more than 30 days > Return Refund Request
An eBay agent can NOT extend the 30 day Money Back Guarantee time limit or they would have to do so for everyone.
If it is over 30 days from the date of delivery then your only option is a charge back with your payment method.

As for the mailing address if you google eBay Mailing Address you will see the corporate address in San Diego. This however isn't going to help with your refund.
