Mailed item myself , no premade label. Payment on hold.. How do I get the payment?

I have a checking account ready for payment. Item sold which included the mailing costs .I have the receipt for postal costs with tracking number as well . How to get paid to the checking account? Item has been mailed. Confused on when how "hold' is removed. I have the postal records.

When you ship the item, the carrier should have given you some sort of tracking/delivery confirmation number.

You need to enter that number into the transaction so that eBay knows it has been shipped and delivered. That will help with the payouts.

Sometimes eBay holds the payment for new sellers for a certain amount of time. 30 days is common. They just want to make sure that the item is delivered.
