Mail theft
My mail box got broken into and 2 packages stolen. I have sent the USPS claim info, the emails from USPS to me reporting the theft, and the MERCHANT LETTERS that the USPS provided me to ensure a refund. EBAY and the seller denied my claim and appeal. What am I supposed to do now?

·1 year agoThere’s nothing you can do. It was successfully delivered, so neither the seller, or eBay, or USPS are responsible for refunding you. If you filed a police report, you can open a claim with your homeowner’s insurance if the item was expensive enough, but this is not usually practical.
