Mail Fraud Negative Feedback
We have a buyer who claims they received a completely empty box. They claim it was less than .31kgs when they received it, yet our USPS receipt shows 14lbs when delivered to USPS. USPS did NOT flag item as damaged or open box, so no "missing mail" request can be completed. Customer sent us photos of empty box and we asked them to email the unedited video to our email address. Upon inspection of the video, the box appears to be opened and resealed. Utilizing MetaData2Go.com, when looking at the meta data from the video it was created Sept 12th 2025, buyer received item and sent us a message about missing items on Sept 11th 2025. Buyer clearly created video in response to us asking for video evidence, USPS tracking also does not confirm their allegations. Buyer has not attempted a refund because it would be denied, instead left us our first and only negative review. We have had our account since 1998 and buyer's account was created in 2025, an indicator of a scammer. We have reported the buyer twice to eBay, as well as requested a feedback revision from buyer and feedback removal from eBay. EBay has concluded that the customer did not receive their item so they did not remove their feedback. Clearly this is an automated response and this issue needs to be addressed. We take steps and precautions to protect ourĀ business from malicious actors, and we have all the evidence documented and tracked. We need an actual employee of eBay to contact us in order to help remove this false negative feedback please.
