mag tube man said did not get but shows it was delivered in mail box
he said he did not get it but the usps shows it was delivered in at mail box my funds are on hold want to no when they will be i don't think i have to give him a refund if all tracking shows it was delivered to him please get back with me as soon as you can .............thanks i have sent him 3 or more messages have not got one back as of to day

Mentor3 years agoIf the buyer files an Item Not Received, all you need to do is upload the tracking number that shows DELIVERED. ebay will find in your favor. The buyer needs to take the tracking number down to the post office and have them check their GPS to see exactly where the item was delivered. If it was misdelivered, they should attempt to get the item and redeliver.

OP3 years agohi the tracking number is on shipping label is on my ebay active with tracking number delivered in at mail box what i want to no is how long my money will be on hold i sold some thing to day and need the money for some thing will i have to give him a refund for this am send you a usps photo of tracking ........thank you so much this is not the first time some one has said they did not get it but tracking said they did

Mentor3 years agoThe hold should be released when you upload the tracking number showing the item was delivered. Since this is the Fourth of July weekend, I don't know if you have to allow extra days.
