MADNESS . HELP
I have items purchased through the bidding system, and I have received emails asking for payment.
I have no access to my purchase page and my basket is empty. I keep getting the message ITS US NOT YOU. It states there is a server down. I have had 5 days of this. I have gone through every search engine and cleaned my machine so many times it's spotless, even down to have now to put passwords in.
Chat doesn't work too well the messages keep being not sent, I have to repeat the messages until I goes through,but I get cut off because they think I'm not there

Mentor3 years agoYou are registered in the UK, but you are currently on the US ebay.com site.
Sign in to ebay.co.uk and check your Purchase History, Summary page or your basket there.
Make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase.
Try another browser or another device to rule out problems with each.
