Made sale during vacation, can't ship in time, a problem?
Didn't wanna bother eBay costumer support its this but the chatbot is a bit stuck and can't answer my concern. I am on vacation and have made a sale. I cannot ship the package before the deadline, however I have bought and prepared the label. I have also contacted the costumer to give them a heads up. Should I just wait now and proceed asap when I am back in 4 days or should I cancel the whole order? I am a bit nervous eBay won't like this...? but I can't help I am on vacation 🙂
