Made a purchase from a vendor that hasn't responded ro multiple messages sent and its been months
Vendor took money never sent product. Its been months and now eBay guarantees have expired due to following directions stating to contact vendor myself.. help! How do I get my item or a refund

Mentor3 years agoIf you waited too long to file a claim through eBay, contact your credit card issuer. Ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
