Made a purchase and the sellers listing violated ebay policy
Hello all! I made a purchase and noticed the sellers page removed all items for sale after i paid. The same item is now listed again with a different seller but the same price and the same shipping location. Down to the same item description. Should I just wait until the estimated arrival date of my purchase? I think the seller is a scammer and wouldn't want someone else to fall victim.

Mentor1 month agoGo to your Purchase History, find the item and look at the order details. What is the estimated date of delivery? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
· Select “More actions” beside your item and then “I didn't receive it.”
· Click the box beside I want a refund.
· Select Send request.
If the seller does not respond to the refund request, after 3 business days you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
· Find the item in your Purchase History
· Select See request details
· Select “Ask eBay to step in.”
