Made a Mistake Paying Extra for Shipping Item to Buyer
Dear Ebay Community,
I sell the same item all the time. The shipping is $4.79 every transaction. Somehow on my last sale, I've paid $28.81. I realized I did that after the item got shipped. The proper shipping should cost only $4.79. How do I file a claim to Ebay? How do I get the refund for my excess payment?

Mentor3 years agoIf it was already shipped and the label used, you can not void it for a refund.
Sounds like you may have clicked on Express Overnight by mistake. Go look and find out what you did so it doesn't happen again.
