I got scammed on eBay for $46.00 for a Dunkin carmel swirl I have the order number bank statement and they still tell me that they don't have my order that I must have purchased it from another seller on eBay but the purchase is on eBay so I ordered another flavor from eBay I was giving a order number this time Dunkin pecan swirl they can find that but not the first order I had to report the fraudulent activity on my card now my card is canceled and I am out of $46.00

Your first order may have been completed as a Guest ... here is what we advise members who accidentally purchase as a Guest:

You have inadvertently purchased as a Guest.

First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay

On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
